Program Manager

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Manager Lead who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Project Manager Lead will be primarily responsible for establishing and managing a strategic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to support organisational transformation and strategic objectives. The primary objective is to embed a scalable Enterprise Project Management Framework (EPMF) that aligns project execution with organisational priorities.

What you will need to exceed

• You must have a proven track record in establishing and leading a Project Management Office.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional project portfolios with a focus on delivery assurance and governance.
• A history of increasing organisational project delivery maturity through active coaching and mentoring.
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource forecasting, and managing procurement or contract activities.
• Advanced skills in designing dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, MS Project, or equivalent software.
• Exceptional engagement skills to build trusted relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organisation.
• The ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and collaborative planning activities.

Must have

• Experience implementing and embedding enterprise-wide project management frameworks (EPMF) across a complex organization.

Desirable

• Experience in working for government
